It was pretty great. The flashbacks saw Oliver, Anatoly, and the remaining Bratva members attempt to stop Kovar, and we discuss why it only partly worked. This week, we discuss “The Sin-Eater”, an hour that saw the return of three female villains – China White, Cupid, and Liza Warner – with minimal success, instead finding its strengths in other aspects. That includes Thea’s Moira-like act, the return of tension over Billy’s death, and some entertaining – albeit not narratively strong – flashbacks.

Welcome back to the ArrowFansUK episode review podcast. This week’s hour, “Spectre of the Gun”, was Arrow’s take on gun control, and was presented with minimal success. We discuss why that is and how the show could improve on this type of PSA in the future. In addition, we talk about Rene’s backstory, Dinah’s integration into a somewhat normal life, and Thea’s return.

Welcome back to the ArrowFansUK episode review podcast. This week, we’re discussing “Bratva”, in which Oliver had to deal with two members of his team going to a dark place, his own demons, and the looming threat of the sale of the nuclear device that General Walker stole earlier in the season. Busy times for Oliver. Elsewhere, Quentin was back, and we talk about how great it is to have Paul Blackthorne back on our screens, and we also talk about the flashbacks being in a strong place right now.

Welcome back to the ArrowFansUK episode review podcast. This week, we’re talking about “Second Chances”, the episode that introduced Juliana Harkavy as the new Black Canary. We discuss how well her character was integrated, the development of the team thus far, Felicity’s surprising new storyline, some terrific flashbacks, and briefly wonder what Arrow would be like without the other shows in the universe.
